摘要
二氧化碳压缩机组自投产运行以来多次发生启机时振动高报警及高联锁跳机的事故 ,导致开车的失败。建立大机组状态监测系统DM2 0 0 0后 ,经过对所采瞬态数据的分析与诊断 ,找到原因 ,通过在工艺操作上改进开车方法 ,解决了启机时振动高报、高跳问题。
Since the CO 2 compressor train was put into use,failure of vibration high alarm and high trip happened to the steam turbine several times during the startup. This directly lead to the failure of compressor startup. After the machinery condition monitoring system DM2000(Data Manager 2000) was installed,we analyzed and diagnosed the transient data,found out the reasons,and then solved the problems by improving the startup method
