带进气箱的离心风机导流器调节时性能与噪声特性试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 以4-73No8D离心式通风机为对象,对装有分别配合轴向导流器和简易导流器的进气箱的风机在导流器不同开度下进行了风机性能和噪声试验研究。性能试验表明,第1种进气箱结构较为合理,气动性能较好;当风机装有进气箱时,与出口端节流调节相比,采用两种导流器调节均可起到节能作用,且轴向导流器的调节性能优于简易导流器。噪声试验结果表明,风机A声级噪声随效率升高而降低,随导流器开度关小而升高。 The fan performance and acoustic experiments of type 4-73No8D, which is installed with an inlet box with simple guide vane or axial guide vane respectively, are conducted at different guide vane openings, and the performance curves with dif- ferent inlet boxes at different guide vane openings are compared. The performance investigations show that the inlet box for axial guide vane has a reasonable geometry and better operational performance. And using axial guide vane and simple guide vane can both save power compared with outlet throttle regulation, and the efficiency of the inlet box with axial guide vane is higher than that with simple guide vane. Tile acoustic results indicate that the fan noise evaluating with A -weight sound level decrease with increasing efficiency, and for the same type of fans, fan noise augments significantly with guide vane opening increasing.
