摘要
膀胱过度活动症(OVeractivebladder.OAB)是一种常见的膀胱功能障碍.成人发病率约10%.在老年人群中发病率则超过40%。国际尿控学会将OAB定义为:以尿急为主要表现.伴或不伴急迫性尿失禁的一种症候群.通常伴有尿频和夜尿增多.无感染证据及其他明显病理改变。由于当前缺乏有效的客观指标.OAB极易被误诊。
