摘要 近年来．国内前列腺癌在中老年男性中的发病率呈明显上升趋势。其病理的分级分期可直接关系到治疗方案的选择和评估预后。前列腺特异性抗原（prostatespecificantigen，PSA）的检查及超声引导经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术的广泛开展应用．
