Strategy of Accelerated Development,New Thought and the Lost of Credibility of Communist Party of the Soviet Union during Gorbachev Period

戈尔巴乔夫时期,苏共制定加速发展战略,优先发展机器制造业,挤占了发展农业和轻工业的资金,造成消费品的短缺,丧失了公信力的经济基础;在加速战略没有达到预期效果的情况下,戈尔巴乔夫把改革的重点转入政治领域,提出新思维,实行"公开性"和"民主化",苏联社会主义民主演变为西方资产阶级民主,丧失了公信力的政治基础;苏共蜕变为社会民主党,斩断了维系苏联统一的纽带,民族冲突爆发,丧失了公信力的社会基础。

During Gorbachev Period, the Soviet formulated the accelerated development strategy, giving priority to the development of the machine manufacturing. This diverted the fund to the development of agriculture and light in- dustry. It caused the shortage of consumer goods. When the accelerate strategy did not reach the result, Gorbachev gave the key to the reform of the politics, proposed the New Thought, implementing glasnost and democratization. The Soviet socialist democracy has evolved into western bourgeois democracy. The Communist Party of the Soviet U- nion gave up the principle of democratic centralism and cut off the link of the unity. It led to the outbreak of the ethnic conflict. The Communist Party of the Soviet Union lost its credibility completely.
