摘要
目的探讨参草通脉颗粒主要药味丹参中丹酚酸B的最佳醇提取工艺条件,为丹参药材的综合利用提供试验依据。方法采用正交试验法,以丹酚酸B的提取量及浸膏得率为考察指标,优选回流法提取的最佳工艺条件。结果最佳乙醇回流工艺为:30%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论优选的提取工艺设计合理,丹酚酸B提取率较高。
Objective To explore the best conditions of extracting salvianolic acid B in Shencao Tongmai Granules by ethanol and provide basis for comprehensive utilization of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods The optimization of reflux to the optimum conditions was investigated by orthogonal design,and salvianolic acid B and extract yield were regarded as the investigated indexes.Results The optimal refluxing was to extract three times with 30% alcohol,one hour for each time.Conclusion The optimized extracting process is reasonable,and extraction rate of salvianolic acid B is high.
