摘要
目的:建立同时测定葛根芩连微丸中葛根素、甘草苷、黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC方法,色谱柱为Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相选用甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液系统,梯度系统,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长275 nm。结果:4个成分的方法学考察均合格,阴性供试品无干扰。结论:该方法方便、准确、专属性强,可作为葛根芩连微丸质量控制的进一步补充。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Gegenqinlian Micropills. Method: determination of puerarin, liquiritin, RP-HPLC was applied on a Kromasil- Cls column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-phosphate buffer as mobile phase by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 275 nm. Result: The methodology of 4 components met the requirements with no interference of negatives. Conclusion: The method established is easy, accurate with high specificity, which can provide the base for the quality control of Gegenqinlian Micropills.
