摘要
目的:评价中药理肺益肾方治疗慢阻肺缓解期的疗效。方法:选择Ⅲ级慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予中药理肺益肾方汤药治疗,对照组采用西药沙美特罗替卡松吸入和口服氨茶碱剂量治疗,治疗疗程3个月。结果:理肺益肾方组与西药组均能显著改善症状、提高肺功能,组间比较无差异,理肺益肾方组肺感染和感冒次数较激素组显著减少,P<0.01。结论:理肺益肾方能有效治疗慢阻肺缓解期,且用药安全。
Objective： Tostudy effect of Lifei Yishen-recipon chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） of patients. Method： Sixty COPD paitents of grade I1[ were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group with 30 cases received Chinese medeicen Lifei Yishen-recip; the control group with 30 cases received routine westen medical treatment, the treatment time lasted 3 months. Result： Two groups can improve symptoms and enhance lung ventilation function. Lifei Yishen-recip can obviously releaes commen cold and infection of lung. Conclusion： Lifei Yishen-recip has effect on COPD.
