摘要 为提高钢领耐磨性、延长其使用寿命,研制超高速钢领,分析研究瑞士布雷克钢领后,认为钢领表面采用镀铬层,可提高硬度、耐磨性,从而延长其使用寿命;通过介绍非平衡磁控溅射技术及其设备结构,并详细对比了沉积镀铬与电解镀铬的表面形貌、晶粒结构、工艺过程及沉积层性能;指出应用非平衡磁控溅射技术可以实现钢领表面镀铬,具有工艺产量高、加工费用低、环保等优势,但设备费用高;钢领镀层表面具有较高的附着力、硬度,具有更细小的纳米晶粒,表面粗糙度值和摩擦因数也小,因其环保特性应用将更广泛。 In order to increase the abrasion resistance and prolong the service life of the ring,a new ring characterized as hypervelocity is introduced. Research of the ring from Bracker Swiss finds that chrome plating of the ring surface can increase the rigidity,abrasion resistance of the ring with longer service life. Comparative analysis of the the ring both of deposited chrome plating and the electrolysis chrome plating in ring appearance, crystallite grain structure,process and deposited layer performance proves that application of the unbalanced magnetron sputtering method in chrome plating of the ring is featured as hi-productivity, low cost,environment friendly,yet with high equipment cost. The ring surface is of high adhesion,good ri- gidity,more fine nano crystallite grain,less courseness and friction factor. It will be a good promotion for its envrionment friendly performance.
