妊娠急性脂肪肝临床麻醉分析 被引量：2

摘要 妊娠急性脂肪肝（acutefattyliverofpregnancy，AFLP）是妊娠晚期特发性可致死疾病，以黄疸、凝血功能障碍、肝脏小脂肪滴脂肪变性即肝脏功能损害为特征。目前发病率1／1．3万，围产期病死率高达15％～23％。虽然目前关于AFLP的临床观察逐渐增加，但多是从妇产科及急症科角度的临床观察，并得出尽快终止妊娠是降低围产期病死率的关键。
