A Study on the Mediated Effect and Moderated Mediate Effect of College Students'Family Factors Parental Emotional Warmth,Intellectual-Cultural Orientation and Conscientiousness on Career Decision-making Self Efficacy

目的:探讨大学生家庭因素中父母情感温暖教养方式、文化性家庭环境与责任心对职业决策自我效能的中介效应与中介调节效应。方法:采用责任心量表、职业决策自我效能量表、父母教养方式评价量表和家庭环境量表,对大学四个年级1207名学生进行测量,运用SPSS12.0、AMOS17.0对数据进行统计分析。结果:(1)父母情感温暖通过责任心对大学生职业决策自我效能具有稳定而持久的间接作用。(2)文化性作为父母情感温暖的调节变量,其与父母情感温暖的交互作用对责任心具有明显的预测作用,并通过责任心中介变量,对大学生职业决策自我效能产生稳定而持久的间接作用。

Research shows that the development of college students＇career decision-making self efficacy is influenced by conscientiousness and family factors which consist mainly of parenting style and family environment. However, family factors are more important than conscientiousness. The study showed that although college studentsqife has changed, family factors may make an indirect impact on the college students career decision-making self efficacy through conscientiousness. Because of this, the study put forward related assumptions and conducted empirical examinations, Objective： The study adopted stratified cluster random sampling to recruit 1,207 students as the sample, who were freshmen through seniors from three universities. We adopted the conscientiousness subscale of NEO-PI-R, CDMSE, EMBU and FES-CV as the measures. 150 subjects were randomly selected from the freshmen as the model constituent sample; 1,057 students were recruited as the model examination sample. Methods： The statistical method is the single-factor analysis of variance, statistical analysis of Boot- strapping, and multiple-group defining comparison using SPSS 12. 0 and Amos 17. 0. Result：（ 1 ） In family factors, parental emotional support is an argument through mediating variables （such as conscientiousness） that has a stable and lasting effect on their children＇s career decision making self efficacy, which is a dependent variable （ ab = . 089 ,p = . 002 ; c = . 116, p 〈 . 01 ）. （2） In family factors, such adjustable variables as intellectual-cultural orientation and family environment, along with the intermediary variable of conscientiousness, interact with parental emotional support, which makes a stable and lasting impact on the career decision-making self efficacy, which is a dependent variable （A = . 014, p = . 012）. At present, scholars pay little attention to the family factors. But a family makes a difference to individuals in the traditional eastern culture. In the background of the eastern culture, this study examines the effect that family factors have on the development of the college students＇career decision-making self efficacy. To a certain extent, the research provides a useful point of reference for other similar studies.
