摘要
本文构建了区域创新能力评价指标体系,运用熵权法确定权重,采用基于联系度改进的TOPSIS法对中部6省在2006~2010年的区域创新能力进行动态综合评价,得出结论:中部6省的区域创新能力分为3级,湖北为第1级,湖南、河南为第2级、安徽、山西、江西为第3级;各个省份为提高区域创新能力亟待改善的指标有差异。此研究动态分析了中部6省在"十一五"规划期间的区域创新能力状况及亟待改善的主要指标,以期为各地区制定区域经济发展政策提供依据。
This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the regional innovation ability, using Entropy Method to determine weights, and applys improved TOPSIS method to dynamically evaluate regional innovation ability of six central provinces from 2006 to 2010. Finally it could draw the conclusion: the regional innovation ability of six central provinces are divided into three levels, Hubei for the first level, Htman, Henan for the second level, Anhui, Shanxi, Jiangxi for file third level; the indexes needed to be improved of six central province are different. The study dynamically analyses the situations of regional innovation ability for six central provinces from 2006 to 2010, points out the indexes needed to be improved and provides the base of decision-making for local economic development.
