Study on several causes of the commercial dispute related to coal shortfall

针对用户反映的煤炭亏吨问题,潞安煤质中心组织相关人员深入用户现场进行调研,对引起煤质纠纷的动态衡使用、车皮标重与实重、采样方法等原因进行了剖析,为有效解决煤质纠纷提供了决策依据。

Regarding to the user report on the problems of coal shortfall, the Coal Quality Center of Lu＇an Group organized the related staff to investigate this issue deeply into the customer site. Moreover, this paper analyzed the causes of coal quality dispute, such as dynamic rail weigh bridge, difference between labeled weight and actual weight of the railway wagon and the sampling method. Using the information mentioned above, the basis for decision was provided, which was in order to solve the coal quality dispute effectively.
