摘要
针对晓南矿选煤厂原跳汰机控制系统的不完善及细粒煤分选等问题,介绍了改造后的跳汰机自动控制系统整体结构,指出TKX-Ⅲ型跳汰机自控系统可建立上位机监控系统及实现系统联网,并可调阅现场的控制参数及控制结果,可为生产决策提供实时资料。
Regarding to the imperfect automatic control system of original jigger and some problems like fine coal separation existed in coal preparation plant of Xiaonan coal mine, this paper introduced the overall structure of automatic control system of the jigger after the transformation. The automatic control system of the new TKX-Ⅲ jigger could establish upper computer monitoring system, realize system networking and monitor the field control parameters and control results, so that the real time information could be provided for further production decision.
