针对介质粉质量、脱介筛、磁选机等影响介耗的因素,探讨了马头洗选厂孙庄生产部为降低介耗所采取的具体措施,指出经全重介系统改造后可降低介耗及生产成本。

According to the factors such as quality of medium magnetic powder, medium draining screen and magnetic separator which would affect the medium consumption, this paper discussed the concrete measures that should be taken to reduce medium consumption in SunZhuang Product Department of Matou Coal Preparation Plant, and pointed out that the medium consumption and production cost would be reduced after the transformation of whole heavy medium system.
