摘要
通过对2007-2011年发表在国内专业学术期刊上的药物经济学文献进行统计分析,剖析药物经济学在我国的发展现状。结果显示:药物经济学文献大幅提升;研究的主题内容以应用类最多,并侧重具体治疗方案分析;研究的疾病种类以循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病、肿瘤四种为主;研究的药物种类以抗感染类药物最多;药物经济学分析方法主要为成本-效果分析。
We analyzed the pharmacoeconomics literatures published on the domestic journals from 2007- 2011. The results showed that the literature volume increased greatly. The majority of the study focused on its application and detailed therapeutic plan analysis. The diseases studied included circulation system diseases, respiratory system diseases, urinary system, and tumors. The main drugs studied were anti-infection drugs. The common used method was cost-effectiveness analysis,
