摘要 告成煤矿25采区绞车房是该采区提升运输的心脏,服务年限较长,硐室净断面35.5m2。为确保硐室高质量一次成巷,不变形、不维修,保障巷道长期支护效果,经过研究,制定了一套系统化的支护体系,即采取了分层施工和采用锚网喷+巷壁打锚索+U型钢支架+喷浆+围岩中、深孔注浆支护,先柔后刚的支护形式,较好地解决了大断面硐室支护难题。 With long years of service and net sectional area of chamber being 35.5 m2 , the hoist house of 25 Min- ing Area is the heart of lifting convey in Gaocheng Colliery. To ensure the chamber once--tunneling with high quality, no deformation, no maintenance and long--term support effect , the authors develop a set of support system by layered construction and flexible--rigid--coupling form with wire mesh spray, anchor rope on wall, U-- shaped steel support, shot concrete and surrounding rock grouting, which solves the support problems in large section chamber.
