摘要
培训是对员工最大的福利,是安全生产的第一道防线。煤炭行业基层科区的自主培训工作,是企业培训工作的根本所在。本文分析了当前煤炭企业基层科区开展自主培训工作普遍存在的客观问题,并针对问题,结合实际,对煤炭企业如何推进科区的自主培训进行了经验探索。
Training is the biggest welfare for staff and the first defense line of safety production. Independence training in preliminary department of coal enterprises is essential for enterprises" training. Aiming at the prob lems and combined with the actual, the paper analyzes the current objective problems existing in independence training of coal enterprises preliminary department and probes into how to promote independence training in coal enterprises.
