浅谈国有及国有控股企业纪检监察机构建设

Discussion on Organization Construction of Discipline Inspection and Supervision in State-owned and State-holding Enterprises

针对国有及国有控股企业纪检监察机构设置和人员配备的现状,指出机构建设中存在的机构缺乏独立性、事前监督力度不够、没有建立监察责任制等问题,并提出了相应的改进措施及建议。

Aiming at the establishment of discipline inspection and supervision organization and the current situa tion of the personnel in state--holding enterprises, the authors point out some problems existing in organization construction such as organization lacking of independence, not enough prior supervision and no monitoring re- sponsibility system, etc. , and put forward the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions.
