ACI患者联检AT-Ⅱ与hs-CRP的结果评价

摘要 急性脑梗死（ACI）多发生在动脉粥样硬化（As）的基础上，常伴纤溶系统功能失调或障碍。研究表明，As及其血栓性病变不仅仅是脂质沉积，而且也是血管炎症反应，血管内皮的炎症反应不仅是压力损伤的生化结果，同时也是AS及斑块形成的启动因子，
