血浆IL-18浓度与脑出血预后的相关性探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨脑出血患者血浆白介素-18(IL-18)浓度与预后的相关性。方法:选取脑出血患者80例,ELISA检测血浆IL-18浓度,统计分析其与患者预后的相关性。结果:血浆IL-18浓度与脑出血患者入院时GCS评分、血肿量和脑室积血有显著相关性(均P<0.01),是脑出血后1年内死亡的独立危险因素(OR=1.328,95%CI=1.017~2.682,P<0.01),对脑出血后1年内死亡有显著预测价值(P<0.01),且有较高的特异度和灵敏度。结论:IL-18与脑出血预后显著相关,临床检测这个指标有助于早期评估脑出血患者死亡。 Objective This study aimed to explore the correlativity between the level of interleukin-18 (IL-18) in plasma and the outcomes of the patients with intraeerebral hemorrhage. The change of plasma IL-18 and prognosis on patients were analysed statistically. Methods Eighty patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were included in our group. Concentration of IL-18 in plasma was measured with ELISA. Results Plasma IL-18 was highly associated with C_,CS score, hematoma volume and presence of intraventrieular hemorrhage of patients ( all P 〈0.01 ), identified as a independent risk factor of 1-year mortality( OR = 1. 328, 95% CI = 1. 017 - 2. 682, P 〈 0.01 ), and predicted 1-year mortality with the high sensitivity and specificity (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Interleukin-18 is obviously correlated with prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage, and its clinical determination will be helpful for the early to evaluate the mortality of intraeerebral hemorrhage.
