潜艇电机吊装路径规划及虚拟维修仿真分析

摘要 目前,产品的维修性分析最普遍的方法是在其物理样机上进行维修作业,然后进行相应的维修性分析。但是,制造产品的物理样机会大大增加研发成本,并会延长研发周期。而虚拟维修仿真技术通过虚拟操作和虚拟维修仿真过程进行维修性分析验证,使设计者及时发现设计上的缺陷并做出调整,克服了制造虚拟样机的缺陷。文章针对潜艇进坞维修时,电机吊装出舱过程进行虚拟仿真,首先对吊装路径进行规划,然后对吊装过程进行虚拟仿真,最后对虚拟仿真过程进行分析,验证了电机吊装路径的可行性。 At present, the most popular method of maunfacture~ maintenance analysis is that workers main- tain on the physical manufacture and analyse its maintenance. But the method could make the cost increased and make the design circle longer. However, the virtual simulation technique could emulate and validate the whole maintenance process through virtual operation and virtual maintenance emulation so that the designers could check out the design shortcomings at every stage. Thus, the disadvantages of making physical manufacture could be over- come. The paper emulates the process that the electricity engine is lifted out from the submarine when it is main- tained at dock, analyses the maintenance and validates the feasibility of the path.
