某铝箔车间碎边吸边输送系统设计

摘要 铝箔轧机、合卷机、分卷机和剪切机一般均需要切边,切下来的废料通过碎边吸边风机切碎、再通过管道输送到打包间。碎边吸边输送系统是现代化加工厂生产中不可缺少的一道工序,本文详细介绍了铝箔碎边吸边输送系统风量计算,碎边吸边风机型号选择和布置,碎边吸边系统的管道设计,注意事项以及系统的控制、联锁等内容。 aluminum foil rolling mill, doubling machine, separating machine, slitting cutter normally all need to cut edges. The scrap edges are cut by chopper automatically and deliver to packing room by pipeline instead of human being operating. Thus we can see how important that chopping and absorbing edge conveying system is in nonferrous metals processing field. Chopping and absorbing edge conveying system is an indispensable working procedure in modern production and also an embodiment of level of modernization. This article introduces how to calculate air volume of chopping and absorbing edge conveying system, how to choose chopping and absorbing edge air duct model, how to arrange chopping and absorbing edge system reasonably.
