喉癌组织六种酶酶谱分析

ENZYMOGRAM ANALYSIS OF LARYNGEAL CANCEROUS TISSUES

本文应用Abbott ABA-100型生化自动分析仪对我科29例喉癌手术的癌组织及12例正常人喉软组织进行了六种酶的酶谱分析,所测结果表明:两组间酶活力在总体上差异非常显著。提出了肿瘤组织中酶活力升高其原因为肿瘤组织生长过快,不同程度的相对缺氧,糖酵解速度加快等原因所致。还提出了手术过程中的安全缘组织最好能做各种酶活力测定,将成为判断预后和手术效果观察的客观指标。

Enzymogram analysis of 6 kinds of enzymes in laryngectomized carcinomatous tissues of 29 patients and normal laryngeal soft tissues of 12 control persons was performed with Abbott ABA type 100. The results showed very notable difference in the enzymatic activity between these 2 groups (P<0.01) . The activity of GPT, LDH and ALP were markedly higher in the test group than that of the control group, but the difference in the activity of α-HBDH, CK and GOT was of no statistical significance (P>0.05) .The authors suggest that the enhancement of some enzymatic atctivity may be the result of fast growth of the tumor, which birngs about insufficiency of oxygen and acceleration of glycolysis of the tumor tissues in different degrees.
