RCEP:the Opportunity and Countermeasures for China

2012年2月26日,东盟提出组建"区域全面经济伙伴关系"(RCEP),其目标是消除内部贸易壁垒、创造和完善自由的投资环境、扩大服务贸易。对中国而言,这将是扩大在亚洲地区乃至世界影响的新机遇。本文对组建RCEP的背景进行了分析,重点研究了RCEP对中国的意义和中国应采取的对策,并对RCEP的前景进行了展望。

On Fabruary 26th, 2012, ASEAN put forward to build ‘Reginal Comprehensive Economic Partnership’ （RCEP） . This is a new regional economic cooperation organization based on 5 FTAs ASEAN has signed. The goal is to eliminate internal trade barriers, to create and improve free investment environment, expend service trade. It is a new opportunity for China to improve the influence in Asia and the world. This article has analysed the background of RCEP. Researched RCEP＇s significance for China and the countermeasures China needs to take. At the last, looked into the distance for RCEP.
