贵州鸡源大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及耐药性测定 被引量:7

摘要 经分离培养采自贵州省5个地区县级市65个规模化养鸡场的1180份样品,生化鉴定得到839株大肠杆菌,分离率为70.89%,采用微量肉汤稀释法测定其对9种抗菌药物的耐药情况。结果表明,分离菌对9种抗菌药物具有不同程度的耐药,土霉素、氟苯尼考和复方新诺明的耐药率高达80%以上,对多粘菌素E、大观霉素耐药率相对较低。839株大肠杆菌均为多重耐药菌株,最少的对2种药物耐药,最多的对9种药物耐药。 To investigate the antibiotic resistance of E. coli isolated from poulrty in large-scale farms of Guizhou. According to the conventional method, 1 180 samples from 65 large-scale farms in five regions of Guizhou were collected, 839 E. coli strains were i- dentified by biochemical identification method, the isolation rate was 70.98%, and were measured the MIC values to 9 kinds of an- tibiotics with the method of micro-broth dilution. Result demonstrated that the poulrty E. coli strains to the 9 kinds of antibiotics hanve different degrees of resistance, the resistance rates to terramycin, florfenicol and compound sulfamethoxazole were as high as 80% above, the resistance rates to polymyxin E and spectinomycin were relatively low. 839 E. coli strains were multiple drug-resis- tant strains, and were resistanted to at least to two kinds of antimicrobial, at most to 9 kinds of antimicrobial.
