包衣法评测Cruiser Plus FS对沟金针虫的室内毒力 被引量:2

摘要 本试验通过使用种子包衣后胃毒的方法对沟金针虫室内毒力测定方法,测定了CruiserPlus制剂对沟金针虫的毒力,以期获得其致死中浓度。结果表明,CruiserPlus制剂对沟金针虫的相对毒力倍数是对照药剂克百威的10.02倍,可以替代高毒农药克百威防治沟金针虫。同时还发现CruiserPlus制剂中的其它成分并没有使噻虫嗪对沟金针虫的活性降低,其中的助剂反而使其杀虫效果有所增强。 In this study,the toxicity of Cruiser Plus to the Pleonomus canaliculatus was tested by coating method. The result showed that the toxicity of Cruiser Plus to Pleonomus canaliculatus was 10.02 times higher than Carbofuran,and could be as the replacement of Carbofuran.Moreover, the additive of Cruiser Plus could enhance its effect.
