油田注水管线防腐治理技术研究与评价 被引量:6

摘要 注水管线的防腐是油田开发中的普遍难题,针对注水管线接头易腐蚀的特点,研制了一直特殊接头,并全面分析了涂层、阴极保护以及特殊接头等技术在注水管线中的应用状况。通过为期一年的现场试验发现,铝合金阳极与内涂层联合使用可以对管线内壁起到了优良的保护作用,采用特殊接头连接的管线,可有效解决管线焊接接口部位的腐蚀难题。 Waterflood pipelines corrosion is a universal problem in the oilfield development, especial connectors. In this paper a comprehensive analysis of the coatings, cathodic protection, and special connector of waterflood pipelines was made. The field test showed that aluminum alloy anodes in combination with the inner coating of the pipeline wall played an excellent role in the protection, special connector can be an effective solution to the corrosion of the pipeline welding points.
