摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法分析络石藤指纹图谱的分析方法。方法分别使用Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18柱和Chromolith RP-18e两种色谱柱,甲醇-水梯度洗脱,紫外280 nm检测的方法,建立了络石藤药材指纹图谱的分析方法,并对市售药材和饮片进行了分析。结果两种方法均可用于络石藤药材的指纹图谱分析,传统色谱柱的分辨率更高,整体化色谱柱的分析速度更快。不同样品在两个系统中的色谱图类似,而样品间主要成分的相对峰面积有较大的差异。结论高效液相色谱法适用于络石藤的指纹图谱分析。应对药材与饮片主要成分的含量差异进行进一步的研究。
Objective To evaluate the application of monolithic-column between conventional particulate column,2 HPLC systems of fingerprint of Trachelospermum jasminoides were established with two columns.Methods Zorbax Eclipse plus C 18 clumn and Chromolith RP-18e column were used and difference gradient programs were setup for 2 columns with methanol and water.The UV detector was set to 280 nm based on the spectrum obtained from PDA.Results Particulate column lead better resolution than monolithic-column, but consume more time.The relative area of co-peaks was different among regions and significantly different between medicinal materials and decoction pieces.Conclusion The 2 HPLC systems can be used as the fingerprint control methods for Trachelospermum jasminoides,and the potential different of compounds between medicinal materials and decoction pieces should be investigated by more samples.
