摘要
随着知识经济、服务经济的发展,知识密集型服务企业(KIBS)受到越来越多的关注。同时,企业的关系化、网络化发展也让企业更注重发展自身的网络能力。因此,企业如何发展网络能力、企业网络能力如何影响企业绩效就成为了管理研究的热点。本文从企业能力理论出发,认识到了知识密集型服务企业及网络能力的内在特性,然后据此从知识、互动、创新的角度分析了知识密集型服务企业网络能力对企业绩效的影响框架,引入了组织间学习、合作创新、顾客互动做为中介变量,并用运用基于偏最小二乘法的结构方程模型的方法实证验证了上述理论框架。
With the development of knowledge-economy and service-economy, knowledge-intensive service enterprises are more and more concerned. At the same time, firms pay more attention to developing their own network competence with their relationship-oriented and network-oriented development. Therefore, "how firms develop their network competence, how network competence affects the firm performance.?" has become a focus of the management research. Based on the theory of firm capabilities, we recognize the intrinsic properties of the knowledge-intensive service enterprises and network competence, and then, we analyze the impact framework of network competence of knowledge-intensive service enterprises on firm performance from the perspective of knowledge, interact, and innovation. At the same time, we use inter-organizational learning, cooperative innovation, customer interaction as mediating variables and use structural equation modeling method based on partial least squares verified the above theoretical framework.
