摘要
用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了金叶子叶的挥发油,然后运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术并结合计算机检索首次分析了云南产金叶子叶挥发油的化学成分.从中鉴定出了76个成分,并用面积归一法测定了各种成分的相对质量分数,占总峰面积的97.7%.金叶子挥发油的主要化学成分为橙花醇乙酸酯、反式香叶醇、芳樟醇、水杨酸甲酯、α-蒎烯、杜松-1(10),4-二烯、乙酸龙脑酯、三十四烷、古巴烯、(-)-"-蒎烯、石竹烯、榧烯醇、二十九烷、橙花叔醇、α-姜黄烯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、(2E,4E)-2,4-二烯任醛、(-)-菖蒲烯、α-荜澄茄烯、α-葎草.
The essential leave oils extracted with steam distillation were analyzed by techniques of GC - MS - computer. The 78 compounds were identified from the essential oils. The identified relative contents of the essential oils were 95.7 %. The main constituents of the essential oils were nerol acetate, trans - geraniol, linalool, salicylic acid, methyl ester, α- pinene, cadina- 1 (10),4- diene, borneol acetate, tetratriacontane, copaene, (-) - β- pinene, caryophyllene, torreyol, nonacosane, nerolidol, α - curcumene, phthalic acid, diisobutyl ester, ( - ) - calamenene, (2E ,4E) - 2,4 - nonadienal, α - cubebene, α - humulene. Constituents of essential oils from the plant were analyzed for the first time.
