从鱼废料中提取牛磺酸的条件研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了热水浸提法从鱼废料中制备牛磺酸的最适条件,通过单因素实验和正交实验研究几种影响因素(浸提pH、水浴温度、水浴时间和液料比)对牛磺酸提取率的影响,分析探讨并确定了牛磺酸的最佳提取条件.结果表明:采用提取温度60℃、提取时间50 min、液料比6∶1、提取液pH值5.2的提取条件,从鱼废料中可以制备得到提取率高达27.93mg/g的牛磺酸,该结果明显高于其它方法. Abstract: In this present, optimum extraction conditions of taurine from fish waste were studied. Several factors such as pH, temperature, time, ratio of water and material were determined by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that optimal extraction conditions of taurine from fish waste were pH 5.4, extraction temperature 60 ℃, time 50 min, ratio of water and material 6: 1, respectively. With such condition supplied in this present, extraction rate of taurine from fish waste could be up to 27.93 mg/g, which was more than other results in other research reports.
