甜瓜病叶CCYV积累量与叶片症状表现的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 采集瓜类褪绿黄化病毒侵染的甜瓜叶片,通过半定量RT-PCR的方法分析了不同的症状表现与病毒量的相互关系.结果表明,症状表现为黄化和重花叶的甜瓜叶片病毒含量基本一致,症状表现为轻花叶的甜瓜叶片中病毒含量显著高于其他2种叶片. Melon leaves showing different symptoms were collected and analyzed using semi-quantita- tive RT-PCR in order to study the correlation between cucurbit chlorotic yellows virus accumulation and symptom development. The results indicated that the virus accumulation showed no difference between leaves showing yellowing and severe mosaic, while in light mosaic leaves, virus accumulation was sig- nificantly higher than that of the other leaves.
