摘要
建立了平行四连杆液压举升机构的仿真分析模型,以液压油缸的4个安装支点位置为设计变量,以液压油缸的最大举升力为目标函数,应用ADAMS软件对液压举升机构进行仿真设计,得到液压油缸的活塞杆支点和油缸支点位于各不同位置时,液压油缸的最大举升力的变化规律.液压油缸的最大举升力随着活塞杆支点与油缸支点水平间距的增大而增大.当活塞杆支点与油缸支点水平间距一定时,液压油缸的行程与油缸支点的位置有关,油缸支点与下连杆支点水平间距越大,油缸的行程越大.
The simulation analysis model of hydraulic lifting mechanism consisting of four parallel con- necting rods was built to carry out the dynamic analysis with ADAMS software. Then taking the hinge points of the hydraulic cylinder as design variables, the maximum lifting force as an objective, the de- sign of experiments was processed by ADAMS software. Finally, a series of plots describing the effect of the variable horizontal distance of fulcrums between the piston rod and the cylinder on the maximum lifting force were obtained. The maximum lifting force of the hydraulic cylinder increased as the hori- zontal distance of fulcrums between the piston rod and the cylinder went wide. The cylinder stroke was affected by the fulcrum sites of the cylinder while the horizontal distance of fulcrums between the piston rod and the cylinder kept constant. The longer the horizontal distance of fulcrums between the cylinder was and the lower the connecting rod was, the longer the cylinder stroke would be.
