色满酮肟酯衍生物的合成与生物活性测定

摘要 将色满酮官能团与肟酯官能团拼接起来,制得7个色满酮肟酯化合物4a~4g,其结构经1H NMR,IR,EI-MS,元素分析确证.初步杀菌和植物生长抑制活性测定结果显示,200 mg.L-1目标化合物对水稻纹枯病菌和黄瓜灰霉病菌的抑制活性比较明显;10 mg.L-1目标化合物对苋菜的幼根和幼茎均显示出较强的抑制活性,其中化合物4g对苋菜的幼根和幼茎的生长抑制率分别为84.78%和84.06%.化合物4 d对油菜的幼根的生长抑制效果最佳,抑制率为87.86%. Seven chroman-4-one oxime-ester compounds 4a to 4g were synthesized based on the link- age of chromone and oxime ester groups. Their structures were characterized by ^1H NMR, IR, EI-MS and elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassays indicated that they displayed better fungicidal activities against Thanatephorus cucumeris(Frahk) Donk and Bocrytis Cinerea Pets. than the other four fungidid at 200 mg .L-1. All the compounds displayed good inhibitory activities against the growth of roots and stems of Amaranthus spinosus L. at 10 mg.L -1, among which the inhibitory rates of compound 4 g were 84.78% and 84.06% respectively. Compound 4 d exhibited the best inhibitory activity against the growth of roots of Brassica campestris L. with an inhibitory rate of 87.86%.
