改良Palomo术治疗精索静脉曲张不育症疗效分析(附56例报告)

The efficacy of palomo operation for 56 infertile patients with varicocele

目的分析精索静脉曲张(VC)男性不育患者采用腹膜后精索静脉曲张高位结扎术(改良Palomo术)疗效。方法通过对56例精索静脉曲张的男性不育患者采用改良Palomo术治疗前后精液常规分析,及术后24个月随访配偶妊娠情况。结果 56例患者术后精子密度、A+B精子百分率、正常形态精子百分率均较术前明显升高(P<0.001),术后配偶的妊娠率为57.1%(32/56)。结论改良Palomo术可明显改善精索静脉曲张男性不育患者的精液参数指标及提高患者配偶的妊娠率,是一种有效、安全、经济的治疗途径。

【Objective】 To evaluate the efficacy of palomo operation for infertile patients with varicocele.【Methods】 Total of 56 patients with varicocele were enrolled in the study.The qualities of semen of these patients before and after palomo operation were assessed.Semen analysis was performed based on the methods described in the WHO manual.Their spouses were followed up for 24 months on pregnancy.【Results】 After palomo operation,a significant increase was found in sperm density,the proportion of sperm in grade（A＋B）,percentage of sperm with normal morphology.The pregnancy rate of their spouses was 57.1%（32/56）.【Conclusion】 Palomo operation could improve sperm parameters of infertile patients with varicocele.This is treatment method with the characteristics of simplenes and easy practice and better outcome for the infertile patients with varicocele.
