摘要
目的对比彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检测兔肾缺血再灌注损伤(I/R)后不同时间段肾动脉阻力指数(RI)变化与α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)表达的关系,探讨CDFI评价兔肾缺血再灌注损伤发生的可行性。方法 48只大白兔随机分为假手术组(S)、I/R组。应用CDFI分别监测不同时间点各级兔肾动脉的RI值,并测定肾皮质的α-SMA作相关性分析。结果与S组比较,I/R 8 h组段动脉(SRA)及叶间动脉(IRA)出现RI增大(P<0.05)。I/R 24 h组肾主动脉(MRA)、SRA及IRA出现RI增大(P<0.05)。与S组比较,I/R各组α-SMA平均光密度(OD)升高,24 h亚组升高显著(P<0.05)。I/R各组MRA、SRA和IRA的RI与肾组织α-SMA变化呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论 CDFI是一种无创、及时的评价肾缺血再灌注损伤发生的可行方法。
【Objectives】 To observe α-SMA expression in rabbit renal ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) had correlation with the renal artery resistance index(RI) changes and discuss the feasibility of renal ischemiareperfusion injury(IRI) using color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) to evaluate.【Methods】 48 rabbits were randomly divided into sham operation(S) group,I/R group,Application of CDFI in each group renal artery of the RI changes were monitored and their correlation with α-SMA was analyzed.【Results】 Compared with sham-operated group,and I/R group 2 h had no significant changes in RI.In I/R group 8 h,RI of SRA and IRA increased(both P 0.05),and in I/R group 24 h,RI of MRA,SRA and IRA increased(all P 0.05).Compared with sham-operated group,I/R each subgroup increased Optical density of α-SMA,especially 24 h subgroup(P 0.05).RI of MRA,SRA and IRA had positive correlation with α-SMA(all P 0.05).【Conclusion】 CDFI is a feasible method to noninvasive and timely evaluate the incidence of renal ischemia/reperfusion injury.
