老年危重急性心力衰竭患者与急性心肌梗死患者血清N末端-前B型钠尿肽的比较 被引量：6

摘要 目的比较老年危重急性心力衰竭患者与急性心肌梗死患者血清心力衰竭指标N末端-前B型钠尿肽(NT-proBNP)的水平。方法检测入院时典型的老年危重急性心力衰竭患者与急性心肌梗死患者的血清NT-proBNP水平,用独立样本t检验进行统计,比较二者的差异性。结果老年危重急性心力衰竭患者NT-proBNP比急性心肌梗死患者NT-proBNP的水平更高(P<0.01),差异性有统计学意义。结论两种危重症心力衰竭指标NT-proBNP比较,老年危重急性心力衰竭患者NT-proBNP更高。 【Objective】 To compare the level of NT-proBNP in elderly critically ill patients with heart failure and acute myocardial infarction patients.【Methods】 To detect NT-proBNP in typical elderly critically ill patients with acute heart failure and acute myocardial infarction patients at the time of admission,use independent samples T test to analysis the differences.【Results】 There is significant difference in the level of NT-proBNP between elderly critically ill patients with heart failure and acute myocardial infarction patients（P 0.01）.【Conclusion】 The level of NT-proBNP in elderly critically ill patients with heart failure is higher than acute myocardial infarction patients.
