摘要
有限元法计算电机电磁场时,对于定转子相对运动问题,伴随着转子的不断运动必然要进行大量的磁场计算。气隙有限元网格的存在造成了转子运动的困难;而无单元法由于不存在有限元网格,因而不必担心由转子运动带来的网格的畸变,将其同有限元法耦合,可消除有限元网格畸变带来的影响。本文提出一种基于区域分解的无单元和有限元耦合方法,并用来处理定子与转子相对运动问题。计算证明,该方法的计算精度满足要求。将该方法应用在电机电磁场中,分析得到的结果克服了由于有限元法单元畸变产生的误差。
When the electromagnetic field of electric motor is calculated by FEM,with the continuous motion of rotor,a large amount of computation need to be done.The difficulty of rotor motion is due to FEM mesh.The problem of distortion of mesh could besolved by EFG method,which doesn't have FEM mesh.The coupling of EFG and FEM could eliminate the influence of mesh distortion.In order to deal with the relative motion between the stator and rotor,the paper presents a coupling method of element-free Galerkin method and finite element method(EFG-FE).The coupling method is based on overlapping domain decomposition method(DDM).The tests show that the solutions are accurate.The method is used in electromagnetic field of motor and could eliminate the errors due to distortion of elements on FE method.
