MicroRNA在抗病毒免疫中的作用研究进展

摘要
MicroRNAs是一类21-23核苷酸小非编码RNA,其通过与靶基因的3’非翻译区间结合抑制靶基因表达,或者使靶基因转录本降解。研究表明,miRNA可能参与脊椎动物固有免疫应答的多个环节,在病原微生物感染时,它们不仅成为重要的固有免疫受体活化后的信号调节分子,而且能够直接干扰病毒复制而发挥抗病毒效应。
