基于水循环模拟的流域湿地水资源合理配置初探 被引量:10

摘要 水资源是基础性的自然资源和战略性的经济资源。维持流域水资源可持续利用和湿地健康,实现流域内"人-水-湿地"和谐是新时期流域水资源管理的目标。在流域水资源供需不平衡和湿地生态系统退化的背景下,提出了基于水循环模拟的流域湿地水资源合理配置的概念,并进行了全面阐述;剖析了流域湿地水资源合理配置的理论基础,着重探讨了流域湿地水资源合理配置的技术方法和研究内容,提出流域湿地水资源合理配置,以流域湿地水文模型为重要的技术手段,以流域整体可持续发展为总原则,重点考虑湿地生态需水变化过程,将湿地作为优先用水单元,其优先级仅次于生活用水,通过生态配水确保湿地生态需水量的研究思路,初步构建了基于水循环模拟的流域湿地水资源合理配置研究框架;对有关流域湿地水资源合理配置的未来重点研究领域进行了展望。 Water resources are the basic natural resources and the strategic economical resources.Maintaining sustainable utilization of water resources and healthy life of wetlands,and realizing human-water-wetland harmony are our goal of water resources management in the new era.Under the background of the unbalance between supply and demand of water resources and degradation of wetland ecosystem,the concept of reasonable water resources allocation of wetlands in watershed based on water cycle simulation was introduced and described in detail.The theoretical basis of reasonable water resources allocation of wetlands in watershed were analyzed and the methods of reasonable allocation and research contents were specially discussed;by which the research framework of reasonable water resources allocation of wetlands in watershed based on water cycle simulation was basically established.In the last part of the paper,some future research aspects were prospected.
