STP营销战略是现代市场营销的核心。蓄电池企业应用STP营销战略时,应根据产品用途进行市场细分,并对细分市场的机会和威胁进行评估;应选择有市场吸引力,竞争不激烈,且同蓄电池企业优势相匹配的细分市场作为目标市场;还应根据自己的优势和目标顾客的需求特征,进行恰当的定位。
STP marketing strategy is the core of modern marketing. When battery enterprises apply this strategy, they should take market segmentation according to the usage of batteries and assess the opportunities and threats of the segmented market; then choose the segmen- ted market which are attractive, less competitive, and matched with the advantages of the battery industry as a target market ; finally properly position themselves according to their own advantages and demand characteristics of the target customers.
