总结近年来我国高职院校产学研合作的制约因素、经验和形式,易见其发展趋势应是产学研三者基于企业实践的有机结合和融为一体———产学研一体化,且应将产学研一体化构建成一种稳定完善校企生三方共赢的合作机制,整合和搭建现代技术、技能教育的平台,从而实现高职教育培养高技能人才的使命,并源源不断地造就和输出高质量的"银领"或"技术蓝领"。

The tendency of the cooperation of production, learning and research in ChinaJs voca- tional colleges is clearly reflected by a summary of the constraints, experience and forms of the coopera- tion in recent years that three factors should be combined and integrated based on corporate practice - integration of production, learning and research. Also, a stable corporate mechanism should be built to perfect a tripartite win - win of school, enterprise and students and a platform of integrating modern technology, skills and education should be set up in order to achieve the mission of training highly skilled personnel, and to create a steady output of high- quality ＂silver collar＂ or ＂blue collar＂.
