摘要 分析目前高等职业教育现状的弊端,深入企业岗位群调研,确定无线电装接与调试工人才培养的目标,针对职业岗位的主要工作任务与职业能力分析,总结出七项典型工作岗位,进行校企合作,与行业专家共同研讨所要完成的工作任务及完成该任务应具备的能力,探讨设计创新工学结合职业技能培养方案,有的放矢地进行职业技能培养。在教学过程中,以任务驱动的教学模式,培养学生的方法能力、专业能力、社会能力,真正做到学校与企业零过渡。 On the basis of analysis of the drawbacks of the current status of vocational education and the in- depth research of corporate job group, the training target of the workers on wireless attach- ment and debugging is set. Seven typical posts are summed up according to the analysis of the main tasks of the professional posts and professional competence. The tasks are accomplished with school - enter- prise cooperation and discussed with the experts about the mission and competence needed. The paper explores the innovative design of vocational skills training combined work with study and suggests the de- velopment with a definite objective. In the teaching process, task- driven teaching mode is applied to train the students with the applicable, professional and social competence and to realize zero transition from school to enterprise.
