Testing and Acceptance Mode of Talents Training for Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教学改革的难点之一是人才培养考核验收模式。以"酒店管理(邮轮乘务)"专业为研究实践项目,研究项目实践的背景和考核验收模式改革设计理念,在实践的基础上,创建了高职人才培养考核验收新模式,探索出一条教育评价改革的新路。

One of the difficulties in teaching reform for vocational colleges is the testing and ac- ceptance mode of the personnel training. Taken the profession of hotel management （cruise crew） as the research subjects, the study is made on the background of the research and the reform concept of the tes- ting and acceptance. On the basis of practice, a new mode of vocational personnel training is innovated and a new path of educational evaluation reform is explored.
