The paper reviews the application of Media Wiki, compares eight existing Wiki soft- ware platforms, with MediaWiki as a tool, and describes in detail the structures of the platform. Then, the collaborative learning platform is developed based on Wiki, including the design and implementation of the front - office functions and back - office functions.
