摘要
本文利用听觉脑干诱发电位(ABR)方法对各种感觉神经性聋患者61人89耳的ABR的特点进行了研究,并与脑干占位性疾病进行鉴别。研究结果发现这些病人Ⅰ波潜伏期延长者57耳64%,Ⅲ波潜伏期延长者18耳26.1%;Ⅴ波潜伏期延长者40耳44.9%。但这些患者Ⅰ—Ⅴ波间期及两耳Ⅴ波潜伏期差(ILD)均在正常范围,故此两项指标应作为与脑干占位病变鉴别的主要依据。
The brain stem response was studied in 10 normal young (20 ears) adults and 61 sensorineural deaf patients (89 ears). The prolongation of wave Ⅰ latency was observed in 57 ears (64%) of sensorineural deaf patients as compared with young people, wave Ⅲ in 18 ears (26. 1%) and wave Ⅴ in 40 ears (44. 9%) . The Ⅰ-Ⅴ interval and interaural latency difference (ILD) in the sensorineural deaf patients are within normal limits . Therefore , abnormality in hearing is mainly in the cochlea and these values are important in the diagnosis of acoustic tumor. According to our results, it was proved that prolongation of wave I was not only seen in the high but also in the low tone deafness and the flat form deafness. The prolongation of wave I occuring in patients with Meniere's disease was found to be more than those in the other three kinds of sensorineural deaf patients (sudden deafness, toxic deafness and noise deafness) (P<0. 025).
