针对微生物菌种、固态发酵工艺对游离棉酚的脱毒效果及营养成分的影响,以及发酵棉籽饼粕在畜禽饲料中的应用作一综述。
The effects of microorganism strains and solid state fermentation technology to detoxification of free gossypol and nutrients ingredients,its application of detoxified cottonseed meal in animal feed were reviewed.
