金粟兰属5种植物叶的形态与显微鉴别比较研究

Comparative research on histological and microscopical leaves characters of five species in Chloranthus

目的:为正本清源,对金粟兰属Chloranthus 5种植物叶的形态与显微特征进行生药学研究,进行种间区别。方法:形态观察、常规生药制片技术鉴别叶横切面与表面观显微特征。结果:该5种植物叶形态特征有细微区别,叶横切面特征中主脉部位结构有不同,表面观特征中非腺毛及附属物等可作为区别点。结论:5种植物叶的形态与显微特征具有鉴定意义,为金粟兰属植物的种质鉴别和进一步开发应用奠定基础。

Objective： To clarify the origin and provide pharmacognostical evidences for the leaves of 5 species in Chloran- thus. Method： Histological observation and microscopic identification through different slice-making techniques were applied to the re- search. Result： There were subtle differences between the histological characteristics. In microscopical identification , the different structures of vascular bundles in veins were observed,appendages and non-glandular hairs were distinct. Conclusion： The method can be used to distin- guish the features of 5 species in Chloranthus. This article offers information for the further research and exploitation of Chloranthus.
