摘要
通过胶原蛋白水解液与阳离子单体甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)接枝共聚,在氮气保护下,以叔丁基过氧化氢和焦亚硫酸钠为引发剂,制备了阳离子胶原蛋白共聚物絮凝剂(PCDMC)。将PCDMC应用于废弃钻井液的无害化处理,以色度、PCOD(化学需氧量的去除率)和PSS(悬浮物的去除率)为考察指标,采用单因素分析方法得到PCDMC的较佳工艺参数为:每100mL废弃钻井液PCDMC用量20mL(絮凝剂的浓度为10g/L),絮凝体系的pH值为7.0。将PCDMC与工业品絮凝剂应用效果进行对比,结果表明:PCDMC具有较强COD和悬浮物的去除率,并对重金属铬,镉,铅等具有较好的去除效果,处理后污水达到了排放二级标准。
Cationic collagen copolymer (PCDMC) was monomer methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium synthesis from collagen hydrolyzate and cationic chloride (DMC) through graft copolymerization under the protection of nitrogen. Terthydrogen peroxide (t-BHP) and sodium metabisulfite were used as the initiators in this reaction. The as-prepared copolymer was applied in waste drilling fluid, and the results showed that the obtained product could be applied as the flocculant for harmless disposal in waste drilling fluid. Chroma, PCOD (purge of chemical oxygen demand) and Pss (purge of suspended solids) values were taken as main indexes to optimize the technological parameters for the application, and the optimal parameters were that the amount of flocculant was 20 mL/100 mL (the concentration of the flocculant was 10 g/L) and the pH of system was 7.0. Compared with the commercial floccula- nts, the as-prepared PCDMC had higher P_COD and Pss values, and could effectively remove heavy met- als as chrome, cadmium, lead and so on. Thus the waste water after treating could meet the seconda- ry discharge standard.
